Registration #1-bring player so we can weigh

Registration #2 (please bring player to this registraton as equipment will be issued for the season)
When: March 18, 2017
Where: Grande Prairie Composite High School Cafeteria
Time: 1:00PM - 4:00PM
Late Registration ($25 late fee will be added) *No Exceptions*
When: During the practices at the County Sportsplex

Breakdown of cost
$130.00 - registration fee
$40.00- Girdle Fee (for players needing a new girdle)-yours to keep
$20.00- Knee Pads (these will replace the ones that fit into the pants)-yours to keep
$20.00- Girdle Fee (if you have outgrown your girdle from last season, you have the option to trade it in and receive a $20.00 credit towards a new girdle)
$28.00- Football Alberta Insurance Fee
$50.00-Volunteer Bond (refunded at the end of the season if requirements are met)
*$25.00- Late registration fee (any registrations processed after March 18th,2017)
*$25.00- Special request fee (if you are requesting placement on a specific team, a fee will be applied to process this. All requests will be reviewed by the GPPWFL Board. Please note we will do our best to accommodate requests submitted, in the event that we are unable to do so, a refund of your request fee will be processed.)
Registration Funding can be applied for through KidsSport and Jumpstart

Your team manager will be in touch regarding volunteer options throughout the season.
We will be having a prize table, raffles, and much more. This will replace having to do the traditional fundraisers most groups do and will be more enjoyable for all.
If you are unable to attend the announced equipment handout, please note equipment issue will be accommodated at our discretion.
Any late registrations after March 18, 2017 will be subject to a $25 late fee.
If you have any cleats your player has out grown please bring them to registration and we can sell or give away to other players needing good condition used cleats.
